Sebring EXPO a Resounding Success

The fourth annual US Sport Aviation Expo was a huge success, beginning with the welcome reception on Wednesday evening, catered by Peppercorns Runway Café.  Although the weather was not our typical Florida weather, the Expo reached its highest goal with 200 exhibitors and 11,500 visitors.
 
Bob Wood, chairman of the Expo, said he was proud of the fact that we had exhibitors from all over the world including Russia, the Czech Republic and London.  Attendance has doubled almost every year.
 
Special thanks go to our main sponsor, Cessna, for bringing in the newest addition to the light sport family, “Skycatcher”.  Sponsorship thanks also go to Garmin, Cirrus Design, the Southeastern Ford Dealers and Highlands Today.
 
The 2009 Expo is scheduled for January 22-25.
